Yes, gym membership can be bona fide evidence, too.

sure you can! I used screenshot of my mobile app where it shows that me my husband and daughter share the same membership, I also added his name on costco, BJs and just took screenshots from the apps, and during my interview the officer went through all of that .My gym app shows both of our names, but I’m sure if you ask a manager to give you some paper showing your both are under the same account , they can do it for you.

seems like weak evidence. they want to see shared assets, evidence of trips taken together, pictures of you with each others family etc.

wait if that’s all you have you should definitely need more like @w s says , I thought you were trying to use those as supplemental to add more evidence to it . I just had my interview last week, they grabbed my pictures , wedding and with family and friends , my lawyer told me I had already enough pics, but the officer grabbed every single one I brought that was new, car insurance with both of our names medical insurance , joint bank acct, taxes, memberships, other bills . I130 was approved on the spot and she issued RFE from a court disposition from 11 years ago.

best evidence are the serious financial docs: joint bank account, bank statements for 3-6months of both using their own cards, you can also add your spouse as the beneficiary in case of death to your own personal bank accounts, joint lease, joint debts, flight tickets with both of your names, joint car insurance or joint tripple A, joint medical insurance, life insurance for each other, joint gas and electricity bill, joint phone bill… I also made a pdf with a serious timeline of our relationship, flight tickets, concerts we went to, even some email we wrote a out stuff to be fixed in the house or bday invites, hotel reservations, postcards my parents addressed to both of us from holidays from 2-3years ago, thank you letters addressed to both of us from our friends baby’s birth with the envelope cause the date was stamped in 2022, wedding invites of course with both of your names in it, stuff like that. my pdf was a lot cause we have been dating for almost 5years, and then I made an extra pdf with screenshots of messages over the years, like 5per year or so… and also letters from friends… but personally I wanted to send more than enough evidence to my lawyer than too less. why risk an officer looking through your application to not be 100% sure,

*sorry and of course the pdf with the timeline had a ton of images, from us? our holidays, travels, with friends, his family, my family etc etc and then added to that all the letters, invites, email etc

I also gotten a letter from our building manager verifying that I’ve lived here for 4years even though we only signed a joint lease 2months after we got married and I basically hadn’t been on the lease all this time. Amazon accounts, and gym memberships are little things and just supplements as the other people said… Personally I don’t think they matter much. They want to see evidence that your lives are seriously intertwined to proof your relationship!

@w s of course I have that! We have pictures with the family too, our joint bank account, I’m asking the landlord to write a letter saying that I’m living with my husband over a year at the same house we’re living. We took trips and I’m gonna added to the photos because we took pictures too.
