@mary Eyabi if it’s just the i485 then it could be need for a joint sponsor, medical or something on his records that’s making him inadmissible to change status. the letter will tell u why.. go on your account and contact a lawyer

@time line24 we submitted the medical and joint sponsor. he just got his Word permit July 2 last month

@mary Eyabi im sorry mine was denied too cause they said they never recieve the joint sponsor 2022 tax transcript

@Patience love incomplete joint support form. they said I should appeal using form I-290b. but I contacted a lawyer to guide me so I don't make mistake.
