I received prima facie determination in c31 category in vawa. whats the next step?
I received prima facie determination in c31 category in vawa in December. I had filled a i-765 back in February 2022 after filling for vawa in August 2021. what's the next step? attorney wants to file ead, AP and green card.
how long would that take to process and issue?
but the i-765 was filled earlier this year ( February 2022) . im very confused, so if someone can help explain . id greatly appreciate it

Under what category is your EAD filed? c09 and c31. c09 is given under Pending i485 and c31 is given under approved I360

@z z, Hi, did you receive any RFE (request for evidence) before receving your prima facie letter?

@Krish You will still receive PF for every six months until you receive green card. I didn’t get no PF a myself until they approved my case then they sent me one that expires July and my Lawyer say it will be renewed until I receive GC
