that means the submitted documents are not clear bro. did you scan them before uploading them?

do they review document only a day after submotting ds260 and documents

@rajesh did you submitted all the documents in one shot? or there are some documents still needs to be uploaded?

No, they will go through if the documents submitted can be read before they keep it online for a review. so please check your scanner and scan them very well before you upload ok.

my AOS and civil docs says submitted in status

got it. I think then your scanned documents are not clearly readable to them. if possible upload it again and this time use scanner if you have used your phone to scan documents.

i used my phone and its very clear and the have not open file to open it again

mine too says submitted and I received an email from nvc stating that I should check my nvc account to see if there is a new message that says pay now, invalid document, incomplete or re open. No update on my account and every thing shows submitted on the status bar.

me too. i think it is general message to tell people to upload everything on time but we have already uploaded everything

yeah or it might be a glitch in the system or it might be updated on Monday not sure. those that are saying you didn’t scan the document correctly are wrong. NVC website won’t even allow you to submit your document if not scan correctly or not in the right size

guys how do I change my address on the NVC website please?

i think you have to change your address in uscis account or you can update your address when applicant arrives in US

submit an affidavit of support 1st and pay the fee then after that they will send u a checklist what to documents to submit
