My opinion do it yourself its easy and simple i did my self to got approved so you can do the same concurrent filling both i-130 and i485 together and make sure submit the much proof you can like pictures together family ,friends and try to get affidavit from friends to proof legit marriage then joint bank statements, pge bills, house or apartment lease, Health insurance, Car insurance, Just do all that you gonna be ok

@Биг Хуй Hi, do it yourself with the help of you tube. I got so caught up in it and felt anxious. My husband is a lawyer in the US but not immigration. He knew an immigration lawyer and we used him. In the end, we’ll now, I know my husband and I could have done it. Save your money and make sure you go over everything. Reach out for help on here. But you tube is great. I wish you the best. Definitely do it yourself. Go on Visa Journey website where they have guides. The forum is full of knowledgeable people so any box you’re confused on how to fill you can ask people on there for help. Majority of people file I-130 themselves. I’ve also seen so many cases of people getting RFE’s because of a lawyers silly mistake. They don’t care about your future like you do. Do it yourself. Just read the instructions doc of how to fill I-130 thoroughly before starting and use forums to help guide any confusion.

DO IT YOURSELF ! I did everything by myself , petition i130 for my husband who lives in the Dominican Republic ! I did the NVC 6 steps by myself ! we are waiting for an interview! IR1 ( Immediate Relative ) good luck ! use good and read a lot online
