you’re going to get as many as they send until they approve you everytime it expire they send a new one or u request it. it takes 21/2-3 years now they should be on December 2019

i never seen somebody get over 3 prima facies

I’ve heard of someone having 4 cause his case was from 2018 with no approval

maybe but i think the people who stucked in 2018 they stucked there for reason in not just coincidence

yea. but you just have to wait for your date to come n you’re gonna be good so a few months

how do you follow up with the cases dates that they review right now ??

well online it says august but you kinda know from people who post there approvals so you actually know which month they’re working on last I’ve seen was November approval 2019. which was around last month

The processing time has changed. now is taking over 2 years to receive the approval. I suppose because of that,, we should expect more than 2 Primas Facies.

I got 4 Prima Facie’s. Filed Sept 2019. Case approved Nov 2021.

mine first prima facie expired in September and they didn’t send me the second one yet. Is it normal? Nowadays how long it takes to get another prima facie?

h p ~ It’s normal. In an ideal world you would get the next Prima Facie just before the old one expires…alas it is what it is. I got Prima Facie’s in the past that were 3 months old, some by the time I got them only had 1 month left until it expired. When my atty made an inquiry about the PF’s we were told that they can send you a PF up to 180 after the previous PF has expired. Great customer service there. Hopefully you’ll get it soon. liza liza ~ sorry for the late response. Sooooooooo much has happened since me being on here last: Interviewed for a job Dec 20th, job acceptance 21st. My start date was Jan 10th…….found out I had Covid Jan 9th! 🤦🏾‍♀️ New start date Jan 15th & I’ve been working since….😂 Just super busy getting back into the swing of working a FT job M-F. I’ve not worked in an office since 2002 🥴 I feel so grateful. I just want to keep making money & save as much as I can. I’m going to search for this i485 approval coz this journey has b n long enough. Thanks girlie! ☺️
