isn't you date current? why are they wasting time and resources looking at your I-I131. Just adjudicate your I-485 then no need for the AP. I think you should respond to the RFE but also have you lawyer submit an updated I-485J to pin them that your date is current. This is you best opportunity to directly communicate with them.
