@Tee Jay I followed the steps someone posted on a post earlier in the year, I’ll copy and paste here. That was my third time expediting. For the first time they sent me an email requesting for evidence via email, I asked my lawyer to send the medical report from my parent’s doctor back home and it was approved in about 2 weeks or so (check my timeline.

@Annie A Yes, I traveled with it for about a month. Coming in at ATL was smooth. Just taken to secondary and they stamped my passport and advance parole without any questions asked.

Say Humanitarian. 5. Answer Yes that you have a receipt number. 6. Enter or say your receipt number. 7. Ask live agent who answers anything you want. If you do not have a receipt number for Step 6, enter any receipt number. You must enter a receipt number to get to a live agent quickly. After the agent answers the phone, you can tell them that you have a "general question" if you did not send a case or don't have a receipt number yet. This is an effective means of speaking to a human being over the phone rather than a machine.

@TRS Hopefully congrats for your case.How long after you start to expedite and got case number until they got back to you for asking evident ? I just got case number from live chat, the agent said USCIS will come back to me to ask for evidence i wondering for how long?
