hello guys/ hello ayitian’m yo. guys what is going on with the i134? I have a friend and she is on the humanitarian parole from Haiti. I was told that this program is no longer process for applicants as this will be stopped by the Trump administration for people that are already in the U.S under biden. Biden didn’t give any extension for the country of Haiti. is this true/eske se vre ? can my friend apply for Asylum to remain in the country for her safety and opportunity in the United States? If she or he have a pending case the best thing is to contact an immigration agent to get more information, things are going to change since Trump took office

the best thing to do is to contact a good immigration lawyer. she should of applied for TPS when its was available. dont waste time, get in touch with a lawyer as soon as you can.

Biden did extend TPS for Haiti back in June 2024 I think..
