@Kar NIW i140-Nov 2023’ I noticed on lawfully that my case was in 92nd position and within 2 weeks it moved to 62nd .we are in same block.hopefully we wil get decision sometime soon !please update and I will do too!

@mononchus cp5 I received the same answer a while ago (I don’t know how my lawyer submitted it before, so don’t ask me how…). My lawyer submitted it. Now I’m on time and asked to resubmit it. I'm sure it will be the same generic response, but at least we have this to go on. We don't lose anything by trying. PS. with the i140, we can’t create an account to follow (I guess it comes to us, as it’s a generic answer for all the cases).

@Zack Alim Of course! I would love to do PP, but I don't have any more resources available. I spent everything I had to file the I-140 the best I could. I've also noticed that the newly adjudicated cases are close to my block, so all I can do now is wait.

Someone with a close PD of yours was approved yesterday. And Someone with PD from May 2024 approved as well. USCIS makes so sense lol But it's getting there! I think they are trying to diminish the backlog. So, you'll hear something from them this month.

@Zack Alim It's what we all expected, but ultimately it took longer than anticipated. After 6-7 months with no progress, I noticed that my block of I-140 cases finally moved from 526 to 464, according to one of the tracking websites. Hopefully, we will all receive answers soon! and positive outcomes!

@J H you can go to the USCIS website, and check if yours is available for inquire, mine became available on Feb25-2025. Like 15 months after my PD. Give it a try…
