hello anyone here whose got transfer notice to NBC and then the status updated to case remains pending? the USCIS website states that the cases whose underlying basis is approved are moved. does this mean that a visa is available and is just waiting adjudication

Hello URV Sha, my case changed the status to the same as yours “Case Remains Pending” I applied for EB2-NIW which was approved in March 2022 and then I submitted my I-485, I was asked by USCIS in August for my medical records and submitted them on September 6th and today I received the same update as yours. Would you have more information about what does it mean? thank you!!
