I submitted my i 824 at 06/23/21 and still the same just they received my application

that is right. I hope it will get approved soon. sometimes they transfer cases without notifications. I suggest to give a call to USCIS periodically to learn where is your case.

I am waiting i485 approval when I get it I will call them

I did i824 for my wife and kids

sometimes they approve both forms at the same time. best of luck.

My 1-824 was received by Texas center on 09Jun21, no any update by now. @Aika B are you sure it will have some positive effect I am trying to call USCIS? even my case in within their processing time range 16.5 M-24 M

it has been 12 months since I submitted my i824 to the Nebraska service center. there is no update so far. Lucy Z, I think it worth the effort to call USCIS and learn where is your case currently. sometimes they transfer cases without a notice.

Junior Jr there is no update on my case. the processing times went up though.

sent I-824 for my spouse and it’s in Nebraska. They received December 20, 2020. Still no updates

8 months until now with no update, nebraska has taking alot of time to process my i-824🥺

Processing time for i-824 in the Nebraska center is now 22.5 months. Is there anybody here who has been recently approved in less few months(than 22.5 months)?
