Does anybody know how to request an InfoPass appointment? Emma is not working. it keeps skipping my request and redirecting to main menu.

You have to use the virtual assistant during USCIS hours 8a-8p in order to be connected with a live agent. Out of these hours, she’ll only direct you to info pages related to your question.
