Infopass Appointment
My case for AOS was approved by an immigration court Judge, as my case was with the court. My I-485 took about about 20 Months after the approval of I-130 by USCIS, to get a final hearing before the judge.
I now need to contact USCIS for them to give me the green card. How long does it take for an infopass in San Bernardino County California?
I called today the USCIslS customer care and they informed me they are yet to receive the report from the court.
one can also provide their own experience with infopass appointment.

Jan Khan, am originally from Kenya.
I had a master hearing in July 2022 and was given the final hearing for October 11. This was about 20 weeks from the date we filed for I-485.

you have to wait at least 1yr for getting green card through asylum.

My greencard was approved by a judge. what I need now is to take the judgement to USCIS to give them the judgement and they produce my green card.
my case was not asylum but I adjusted status in immigration court.
