Hi everyone, as you can see, my case has taken forever, and nothing is moving, so I sent an inquiry about my card to USCIS. My husband wants to go to the Congresswoman before we even receive the answer from USCIS. How long will it take to get an answer from USCIS, and should we reach out to our representative as my husband suggested ?!

Reach out to them, I see people get theirs in less than a month from National benefits Center

I was approved the same day I sent in my inquiry. so do it first and call the USCIS contact center after that.

if they ask for an rfe it automatically delays the case so it doesn't seem like your case is taking longer than expected
