many question . the usual . where and how we met . where we live . address before marriage I didn’t write on the form 485 , after that he got mad at me. who pays the lease . then when git separated few depper questions. color of house , bedroom light how many , coffe in the morning. which side sleep . how many windows at house , we got this wrong . I never counted , there’s so many . and some like that . had few questions diferent. mostly was ok . but nothing after that .

hope too . I had these evidences we added at time . letter of how we met - vacation time 2018 In Miami Beach . I had hostel reservation of my side . she was there in a road trip . driver license same address both . my old and new one same with her . pictures of proposal, marriage day friends, restaurant. joint checking account . 3 months statement both cards shopping. trip to Miami Beach together. tickets , hotel , pictures . car insurance both old and new ones same and both names on it w2 both same address tax return filled separated due one partner had to pay lots back . due 1099 position last year . pays stub both , mine 2 months . she only one . my wife lost job due car got wrecked . not working at time letter of emergency contact my wife as primary .of my employer. affidavit support mother law stating about us and living with our mother law after marriage . we couldn’t move out due COVID last year. aaa membership cards k1 sport membership cards valentines days cards dinning pictures. many letters addressed to us . about 12 . many both names same address . photo book over 120 pictures. of us . out ,family events and others .

@kk Atlanta office is the worst office ever.....I did my interview twice and up till now no response....I even called uscis and made a service request but they only updated that my case was assigned to an officer for response...however yesterday they approved my kids i130 but still haven't approved mine..

same here, Atlanta too, been a week plus. we were separated too n my attorney said we did okay but still waiting to hear from them.

@ lady B, they will approve yours for them to approve the kids . some officers are like that . All you need is to call them. Have read a case like that but there is nothing to worry about.

@meena thank you for giving me hope, my kids case was processed in Nebraska and mine was transferred from Atlanta to Arkansas 3 weeks after my second interview....I'm hoping that God will do his miracle because am already feeling depressed.....but what is the next step now that my kids i130 has been approved?

Your kids. approval is dependent on your case so yours will usually be approved. Go ahead and give them a call. When was ur first and second interview. I had one interview and case has to be reviewed since May and we were separated.

my first interview was 2019 and my second was April 28 2021 then after 3 weeks they transferred my case to Arkansas.... then two weeks ago I got an update that my case was assigned to an officer for response....then 8 days later my kids were approved
