Interview scheduled at the embassy and now should I also upload all documents in CEAC by creating a profile?
I am a US Citizen and my mother's interview has finally been scheduled in the US embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal for September. In the interview letter, there is a link saying it should be reviewed for interview preparation which then directs me to https://www.ustraveldocs.com/np/.
The first step states "Step 1: Create a profile and upload all relevant documents in CEAC".
This is a bit confusing to me. Do I really need to create a profile in there and upload documents again? I have already done this in USCIS and at NVC and have an interview date. So what is the purpose of this?

@June 2022 but only if she is missing documents at the interview right? So right now we dont need to do anything? Because from what I can see in that page, I can only create an account and make a profile and thats it.

I am also waiting for IL. Visa category IR5 and DQ is May 25, 2023. Not sure, how long I have to wait.
