the only difference I guess that your employer don’t have to go through the labor certification.

I have seen some post on here with people saying there interviews were waive card just mailed to them....

@Zeki, I’ve interviews being waived for employment based on Reddit, Quora, Lawfully. Not sure if it is due to the present pandemic.

Yes its true. Most people on employment based are having their interview waived. Employment based category did not go for interview until the mid 2017. i think they r trying to bring it back.

The wait time for i485 and i765 is so long. Did my Biometrics in June 2021 with a PD 3/2020…Radio silence 😶
