Seeing the response, it looks like EB2 is messed up unlike EB1.

@EB2 🙂 EB2. I-140 was approved May 2023.

@Charlie SC, recall we have same timeline of March, 2024. The only difference is that my EB1 petition was pending and was approved in August, 2024. Two weeks after the approval, I was sent an RFE for birth certificate from NBC. It was delivered in Sept and updated in my profile after two days. Since then, no correspondence.

@Rijo Rijo Yes I remember your case. So you also think the same that EB2 is crazy slow? As you see I have no update after fingerprints.

@H N Man EB2 times are increasing like EB3. Previously it used to be like Eb1.

@Charlie SC, EB2 is definitely backlogged. But, once one is current, it is one less thing to worry about.

@Rijo Rijo I'm current since submission. The fee hike was meant to improve things but no improvement unfortunately. Infact getting slow.
