Is evidence submitted to USCIS cherry picked?
I just downloaded the I-130 file uploaded to my online USCIS account and converted it from tif to pdf so I can take a look at it. I found that they didn't actually upload the I-130 but only some of the evidence. We submitted photos, wedding receipts, texts, affidavits, bills, lease and a whole lot more. But on the file that was uploaded under I-130, they scanned just the texts and receipts. I'm wondering if they choose what to scan or if someone else can check theirs and share what evidence they scanned from theirs.

Marriage based AOS. Case is currently at NBC and I'm scheduled for biometrics on October 4th. I just downloaded the tif file and converted it to pdf with an online converter.

Why did you convert .TIF to .PDF in first place. Tagged Image file is readable by itself. Just download it and use arrows to check the content. Its an Image file. Simple terms scanned copy of physical copy clustered into one file.

@Srikanth I just wanted to wanted to view it in a pdf reader because I don't like to use the image viewer.

Will sparks: is this applicable for paper filed applications? how do you get to view this? the only thing I can view on my USCIS online account is the case status. would you mind sharing some more on where you log in to view this and how to get to these documents?

Remember the conversation we had about USCIS uploaded some of my documents which are scanned poorly. I uploaded again in unsolicited evidence. Regarding evidence, i didn’t gave them any evidence which is not required other than marriage certificate. If you think they missed something which is important upload in unsolicited evidence section.

The big question is will USCIS officer who is working on our case can get hold of our physical package we mailed or they can only have access to scanned copies in the portal?

@RH I filed a paper application. I have an IOE receipt number which means it was scanned on to ELIS which is the system used for applications filed online. I heard that paper filed applications without IOE numbers don't have the uploaded documents showing up on the online account but I'm not exactly sure how true that is.

Did you apply for i-130 online and rest by mail or all forms were submitted by mail?

@Srikanth I do now believe that the adjudicating officer will have access to the packets submitted with all the evidence.
