is it possible to get approved for expedite I-131 if my mom needs eyes surgery
Hello , was anyone approved for expedite I-131 or emergency advance parole or is it impossible ? I am trying to get approval due to my mom needs eye surgery

I have similar situation back in July. I applied for emergency advance parole, had interview with the immigration officer at local field office and went to see my mom

I applied for it on December 2023. i called uscis for emergency parole document which is separate process

similar situation. I had applied to expedite and submitted evidence (letter from doctor and letter from my mom). In a couple of weeks my AP got approved but they haven’t really processed my expedite request, so no sure if it helped

@Sam Kumar did they deny your expedite request ? before few weeks you got approved because they just denied my expedite request

they seem to have ignored my expedite request - not denied but not approved either.
