I got RFE for medical from Chicago FOm my case got transferred to Chicago for some reason for final adjudication even though my local FO is Kansas City. Today RFE response for delivered. waiting continues

are you serious? guess what i did congress inquiry and got below reply from Chicago field office even though my field office is Kansas City. do you think I need to expect for medicals as next step? last update I got is fp applied on Oct 2022 This is in response to your inquiry relating to your constituent, Mai Our records indicate that the case is under further review by a supervisor. All evidence submitted in support of the application for the immigration benefit being sought is being examined. Cases may require additional review for a variety of reasons. While the processing steps for most applications are completed quickly, a small percentage of cases involve unresolved issues that may result in adjudication delays. It is difficult to predict with accuracy when this review will be completed. As soon as a decision or notice of action is made, your constituent will be sent a notice. if they deem u have submitted enough evidences to wave interview then yes u will get an RFE to submit medical.. let me know when u have an update

before they asked medical I did submitted in dec15. I hope they update my profile. if they wave interview that will be awesome if not do you think they will move case back to Kansas City and then call for interview ?

approval finally šŸ„³šŸ„³šŸ„³ Dec 15 2022 - NOID (Reason was for medical. No medical RFE. Just straight NOID. I was scared to death!) Jan 9th 2023 - USPS tracking shows medical package delivered to uscis Jan 14th 2023 - uscis updates case to ā€œresponse to notice of intent was receivedā€ Jan 25th 2023 - Case approved
