May 2021 I-485, I-131, I-765 (filled parallel with I-140) applicants (eb-2) updates?
Hello, Is anyone (those who applied in May 2021) getting any updates beside the biometrics? Especiallly on I-131 or I-765. Thanks!

my I-140 was approved in June 2020. Applied for I-485, 131 and 765 in the end of July (receipt 07/30). had biometrics 09/02 and haven’t heard anything since. no change on online status.

I applied concurrently I140 Premium... approved. Applied June 2021. Receipt date June 12 2021. PD March 2011. submitted to Nebraska. LIN212... No updates... Was your receipt starting with LIN212. or 219?

How about LIN with 212? Did they send it directly to Nebraska Service center instead of lockbox?

Definitely lockbox seems faster. But USCIS doesnt have an established firm timeline. Really bad from immigration standpoint. Those rough estimates and processing times can be given by anyone. Doesnt make sense at all.

Agreed. USCIS is pathetic. Eats all our money 💰. But does nothing. Unfortunate situation 😕 and we are all scapegoats to this department

thats great ameritrade. lawfully is giving an estimate of mar to jun 22 for me for Nebraska. Thats 1 year from applying. crazy. I dont really think USCIS folks work hard. Why would it take 1 year for an application to process?

i guess applications are processed based on priority date. so if your priority date umis in 2010, 2011... you have more chances to get applications processed faster than 2012, 2013 PD applications.
