it just depends can be a day, months to yrs unfortunately & as for medical exam I found this online…. Effective April 4, 2024, any Form I-693 that was properly completed and signed by a civil surgeon on or after Nov. 1, 2023, does not expire.
but since there asking for new one since yours was from 22 I’d take that as good sign there reviewing your case they might want to approve soon good luck 🤞

@Alejandra g Yes, thank you, I hope they approve it soon and if you are correct, the new law came into effect in Nov. 1, 2023, but I am from April 2022, that is why I had to take the exams again because USCIS noticed it since they had not yet adjudicated my case, that is why they expired, but I already sent it and received it on Monday the 2nd. I just hope they review it soon and then approve it. 🤞🏾
