did service center ask for ur rfe or ur local field officem

I submitted to NBC, but the RFE came from Harlingen, TX, however my field office is Chicago.

They say 60 days from the day of response recieved or 94 days from the RFE issued date. I am in the same bucket and 52 days as of today. still waiting

People been waiting for 4 months after rfe response. So not sure about 60 days

my RFE notice mentioned that I should call in and open a case if I don’t see response in 60 days

I also got Medical RFE from Harlingen FO last week. I conveyed the medicals to my attorney today.

I did. they said it’s in a queue waiting for decision. if hear nothing in another 60days contact them again. That was at the 60 day mark
