my case Was Denied
i have a 2th case interview my case was denied because I couldn’t attend the interview since I was sick and I have letter from doctor I called Imigretion and I told them they give me a referral number i saw the update in my case today and it says it was denied 😭

I’m sorry! Contact a lawyer and see if you can reopen the case or file a new case from the beginning.

Did you contact USCIS to reschedule your appointment? If not, then of course they're going to deny you, if you did I would suggest you hire a lawyer to have your case reopened.

@rd if I try to reopen it might take another 1 ore 2 years and they even don’t reopen if I rifle it will take another 1 and we have another interview

@Juventus tifozo since you were sick and couldn't attend your interview you should have called them and seek an extension to postpone the interview to a later time.
This has its own consequences as it may take another 1year before you are rescheduled.
Another scenario would have being to attend the interview sick and let the officer see you in that state...he/she may extend the interview to a later date or probably approve you as long as you came with your spouse and have enough bona-fide docs to prove relationship
You have all but put yourself in a dilemma now
You may refile as others have advised but that denial on your record will need to be properly explained if you're called for interview or you may file to reopen thesame case in which case you'll exercise alot of patience

@D D I went to Imigretion today I showed the doctor letter and I write tha I was sick I couldn’t attend they stamped it and they told me that’s they will let me know

@D D they reopened the case I-130
but the I-458 it says is denied and they sent me an email saying that I’ll receive another interview I’m confused

Don't worry about the i485 showing case denied,Once you attend interview on the new date and praying🙏 your spouse goes with you.......
If all goes well your approval is certain for both cases and I'll be one of those to say Congratulations 🎊
My only concern is for them to quickly schedule you before USCIS calendar year runs down
