My case was transferred to NBC on Oct 4,2022 and nothing has changed since.
My case was transferred to NBC on Oct 4,2022 and nothing has changed since. 24 months and nothing. Is anyone else in the same boat? My medical exam wasn't sent with my I485, so I'm expecting a RFE, but I didn't get one.

Me!! transferred Sep 27, 2022. medical was sent with forms. some co workers got interview, RFE and mine still transferred🥴

@Bill : ) u need ur pd current first then they touch ur file and they will send RFE.

my case was transfer to the NBC on june 2022 and on july 2022 i got CRP , my i-693 expired cause i had send it on same package .. No rfe , no interview schedule nothing ..

my case directly went to nbc in oct 2022. biometrics applied in oct 2022. no update since that. is it normal? it still say’s biometrics has been applied .

my case transferred on sep 2022 after my interview and after that nothing, just sent inquiry, they replied due to the workload not related to the case so cause delay. lol

I am in the same process as you, I sent my I-485 request on 07/12/2022 and to this day I have never had a response from them, my case was also transferred to the NBC. My lawyers filed a request for Mandamus m. filed in federal court last Friday, 10/25/2024, now I just have to wait the 2 months that immigration has to respond, by law, to my process.
