mine will be 1 year in may11 after interview, my case is under review since January6th 2022.. I called they said they can't give a time frame.. only God can help at this moment..trust in God, he will do it.

on the same page, completed interview July lst of last year, case been from extended background check to extended review with an officer 🤔🤔 next month the first will make it 10th months without decision .

I even call today, they officer said they the respond to my previous calls 2 weeks ago was that, they can give a stipulated time frame😑, but they will work on it asap..but I no God will work it out for us, have faith guys, we have come to the finished line❤️

same here I have zero record, what's really going on with my case , I have no clue why it's taking forever to make decisions, I'm so frustrated

this situation I will never wish on anyone. Better to receive a decision than nothing. when did you apply initially? I applied feb 2020. interview feb 2021

@call me bless- the thing with immigration is. it depends on who you meet that day and what mood they’re in. imagine putting someone’s life in limbo for so long. have you filed FOIA?

I did filled FOIA when my application was under going require background check, it got completed , called to follow up with uscis I was told my application was under extended review with an officer 🤔I contacted my congressman man uscis told them my application is under extended review with an officer they can't estimate when a decision will be made, my congressman wrote to uscis main office they told my congressman they're working on my application asap to make decision they have not forgotten about me.

I filled mine september 1 2020, interview may 2021, greencard was 3+ years but November 2021 my gc clocked 5 years..my marriage will be 6 years end of this april.. are they counting against marriage years or GC?
