contact uscis directly ask for status update, also you can contact local congress to submit inquiry, if you cannot wait anymore, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

It seems like you should be able to submit an inquiry based on the timeline you provided. Check the appropriate steps to submit an inquiry on USCIS’s website and do that.
