N400 taking forever in Dallas Office
I got my biometrics done in last June 2021 and after that no updates. After that only I applied for my parents in August 2021 and they got their citizenship approved last month. I'm not sure if their is something wrong with my case or it's lost. I requested for more information but no luck

your case seem to be stuck among a population of 2020 cases thar are awaiting dispatch of A-files from NRC. without it USCIS can't call you for an interview. they need your immigration file. you can sue them to get case moving

Thanks for the info. Even if we filed online, do they still do store paperwork? Why can't this developed country do it all online. This is frustrating

same timeline here too! I applied in May 2020 and did biometrics May 2021 since than I haven't heard nothing from them about an interview appointment! I called my state governor to obtain any information from them and the told him that they are waiting for my physical copies of my case to arrive at there office despite the fact that I applied online 🤦

applying online has nothing to do with being paperless. your A-File is what matters & depending how long you came here & how extensive is your immigration history.

Myself & my parents came here in same visa category & same time. If A-File is the issue, how their citizenship process went through? We have exactly same immigration history

I have no idea. After biometrics done, the status changed to "Actively reviewing case". That's the only information I know.
