Nervous still waiting
PD date was May 24th of this year received rfe for biometrics and medical both were done and received my EAD however nothing was don’t on my case since I got the response for medical received. Check with Emma and was told my case was transferred to FO and a request for interview was made but still haven’t seen any update or heard anything seen that last update in July should I be worried. I am at the San Antonio field office now anyone here that has experience with them

we’re in the same boat sort of. my PD is May 17. had my EAD approved on 2 months, applied for AP october and got approved in 40 days but nothing on i130 and i485. emma said interview was requested so i guess we’d just have to wait it out

can I ask how did you check that with Emma because its just going in circles for me
also from SA has received a request for medical RFE and then today got notified that case is getting transfered
