congrats. my PD is March 15, 2023 but I could not apply on July and had to wait all the way to October to be eligible to apply

@Charlie SC I don't have any idea. I have sent a complete file to the best of my knowledge. My life has been very straightforward thu. I have nothing bad in my life history. Have been a student and then a professor.

@Fez H Hmm. As you know my previous 485 was denied, but that issue was fixed. So, my case might not be straightforward. Sofar, it has traveled to two FOs and back to NBC without any decision. My PD is also very old 06/22-ROW. So, I was thinking maybe it's because of the last denial that they are hesitant to approve easily.

@Fez H The only thing I can think of is self filing instead of a lawyer. Having a lawyer on the back conveys that a person can create problems if not approved on time. Just a thought.
