New card is being produced!
i just wrote a post a couple days ago hoping my 485 being approved in 2024.
i checked Lawfully this morning as usual and there were updates saying my 485 case status changed to ‘new card being produced’!
it did not go to any FO or request for an interview. it changed straight from Fingerprints taken.
This means ny case has been approved and will be mailing me the GC soon right??
I will update once there is any further changes on the status and anyone around the same timeline as mine should be getting approved too!!

haha! Totally with you. One of my colleagues mentioned he had the most pleasure in removing Case Tracker app from his phone (once he got greened). I understand now why he said that.

@Sammy a : My case got transferred from TSC to NBC in Dec 2 week. Combo card was approved before that. they can definitely approve 485 before 765/131. that does happen.

@Jay Jung Congratulations ! A positive news so a good start to the year. @Sammy a Is your case in some FO ? Mine is @ Brooklyn NY FO. Same EB1A with PD current. Last month I responded to medical RFE.

congrats ! your message gives me so hope. my pd is 06/21/2023 eb1 and current and case transfer to nbc 12/21/2023 from tsc. hope my case will tackle soon. good luck for all the others waiting.
