Any update after interview yet? My was month ago & no update. Officer said will call again for interview if needed, ask for additional docs if needed else will send GC in 3 to 4 weeks.

Mine was MARCH 15 2022, until now there is no Updates, I called USCIS they gave me reference # so I can give it to them after 30days since i called but its really hard to connect as well, so I'm still trying until now. I'm from WASHINGTON STATES

Hi everyone, this is 2 weeks after my interview but my online account still states scheduled for interview. Does it mean the officer or supervisor is yet to review my case/application after the interview. Well, I have to refocus and move on but it isn't easy concentrating.

@amazing sunshine you just have to wait 6 months after my interview and nothing change just your case is being actively reviewed by uscis

when I asked him if everything is going well He said just go and enjoy your day within 30 days you must receive something from us . 6 months till now waiting him to upload my case 😢😢

I had my interview in April, officer said all was good. I got something after a month asking for I 684 which I sent in and still waiting. No word, nothing I can do but wait. Atleast I have my work permit, I can legally work and make money to survive and that I am grateful. As long as I can legally work and live, I can wait

My wife and I went through the same process for her green card. We were interviewed separately by the same officer R. DeShields, September of 2021. The reason they did not interview us at the same time was that they supposedly did not receive our file… Thankfully we showed up with copies and undeniable evidences. We were told that we should be receiving some details within 180 days. Here we are Jan 2023 no word from the USCIS. No one will answer our calls. This is madness. Good luck to all!

Hi everyone and @Ghina! Very useful recommendations here as the USCIS received my file in May 2021, fingerprints were done in August 2021 and the interview was done also by officer R. DeShields in September 2021. Our lawyer filled all the documents and he said he was missing a part of the file. Our lawyer gave him a whole copy so he wasn’t « missing any documentation ». Yet, he still decided to interview us separately and we had all matching answers. in November 2022, we celebrated 2 years anniversary but still did not hear from the USCIS. Today, January 31st 2023, it shows that I am 98th on 138 applicants, when I was 99th on 164 before the New Year. I should be receiving at this stage the non conditional GC, but when cannot even remove the conditions (married for 2 years and 3 months now) as I didn’t even get the temporary one. This is becoming absurd, especially seeing that cases were approved here within a year.

@red bull do an inquiry the congressman will help in pushing your case or at least to someone look at your case and see what’s happening

we were also interviewed by this same officer R. Deshields. He asked for my evidences, when I Pulled out the hip of evidences and handed it over to him, he said this is a lot. Hope I'm not gonna make copies of all of these. He looked through the pages of the evidences, mixed up some pages, took 12 copies of our pictures. I plan to reach to congress after 120 days review paper the IO handed to us. My 11 year old daughter was even greeting him that day but he just looked at her and didn't respond. I observed that's has been the interview officer pattern and it's not right.

Please how did y'all contact the congress. I called the office to my congresswoman and the officer told me my case is within normal processing time. Is there any other way of contacting the congress. My PD is 03/04/2022. It's over 5 months after our green card interview. I really do not know what to do from here.
