The filing date moved to May 2021. My thought is that they are getting everyone with PD in the first half of 2021 to apply to estimate the total visa number before actually moving the final date for first half of 2021. I guess they will clean up 6 months at a time depending on the visas available. We may need to wait 1 or 2 months before seeing any changes in the final action date. Well, it is what it is 🤷‍♂️

filling date now is May 22, 2021, the final action date by the end of this fiscal year may will be somewhere around that date! but hopefully the future movement will more than filing date it’s now 🤞🏻

L. 105-139, provides that once the Employment Third Preference Other Worker (EW) cut-off date has reached the priority date of the latest EW petition approved prior to November 19, 1997, the 10,000 EW numbers available for a fiscal year are to be reduced by up to 5,000 annually beginning in the following fiscal year. This reduction is to be made for as long as necessary to offset adjustments under the NACARA program. Since the EW final action date reached November 19, 1997 during Fiscal Year 2001, the reduction in the EW annual limit to 5,000 began in Fiscal Year 2002. For Fiscal Year 2025 this reduction will be limited to approximately 150. what does it means?

i think that there are no more cases in the period until May,22 2021. it has been over 2 years from the day visa bulletin went backward, everybodies should have finished applying their i-485 already.

It took a whole fiscal year to advance only 4 months.. And the new one looks even worse… I don’t even know what to think anymore.. I’m still processing the information 🤡
