Hello lawfully families, So i send out my documents to Nebraska service center on dec 12th for Advance Parole since then I haven’t received anything yet, i also sign up for E-notifications I didn’t received that either. does anyone having same issue?

Same thing happened to me I had to call and they gave me my a case number. Call them
