they ask for my medical 5 months later after they approved my vawa so just keep waiting !

Been waiting since my vawa approval last August. I however got an up date 4 days ago saying it was transfer to another office for processing.

I got approved August 13 2024,today is 3 months out no update on my I-485 .I called Uscis they told me my case is in my filed office since November 8th.

don’t wait for them to request. send it to them that will even prompt them .

@Noah Henry my Vawa was approved February and I got last month my i485 biometrics. no update and no RFE though . did you guys have the same? my lawyer says i might not get my medical done again and should be getting the gc in a few weeks. I hope!

@kojo awuku i heard your document may get lost if you do that without RFE as you may be sending it to the wrong center or it may not even be linked to your case in time before the officer reviewing decide to send the RFE.

@kojo awuku that’s not good idea to send medical without rfe if you don’t know what field office is responsible for processing I-485.

they just received my medical exam today and updated mine case saying that they’re going to work on it i don’t know if is a good sign or not
