nvc process
Please I have a question for anyone at Nvc stage
I am doing a follow to Join for my spouse. I finally Got the NVC welcome letter for him. I was asked to fill a DS261. How long did that take to invoice. Also did you upload documents or were asked to Post to NVC.
I was asked to Post and was wondering why is that specific to EB2 applications? Thank you.#nvc #e2

congrats, question please: which processing center? and how long did it take for approval? also besides ds261, what else did the Nvc required?

Nebrask, it took nearly 18momths. an affidavit is required as well as ds260 i believe and of course supporting docs

I submitted for my husband as well. it’s going on 12 months. an affidavit of financial support? I was under the impression that once your GC is through employment base this would not be needed. I wish you a speedy process in NVC.
