Sorry but interview and oath ceremony should never be rescheduled. Unless, if is a really emergency. The best thing you can do is contact your congressman. Doesn't matter if you call the uscis they always you read a script or tell you to wait. Don't waste your time anymore. Contact your congressman and ask for help.

I don't know how they works in your state. But most of them is by email. They will send your a "agency assistance form" you fill out and send back. They will contact the uscis in your behalf. As I read in some forum, many people got good news after the congressman was involved.

i have passed my test already on july 21st though. then after one week they scheduled me for my oath ceremony but unfortunately I couldn’t go and attend bc i was in my country for my engagement ceremony!!! so i had to reschedule it!! and they sent me the email on august 3rd that my oath ceremony will be rescheduled and they have put me on the line, and they mentioned that you should get your new rescheduled date within 30 days in your mailing address!! and since then i have been waiting for it and today it has been 4 months no date at all for rescheduling though! :’)
