Hi everyone, which chart should we use to file I485, I765 and I131? I have i140 approved for EB2 NIW. dates for filling is current but final actions is not.

@nezire yrt I think you will use chart B for filling I485, I765 and I131 but that would be till the start of next month October 1st.

The website is updated now! and table B (dates of filing chart) can be used to file adjustment of status starting Oct! EB2 for ROW is now at 01AUG23!

@H N for consular process we use dates for filling? and if I'm current with date date the consular office will generate the interview? did I will wait anyway to receive the visa until the final action date will become current?
