Online access code to check document Tab in myUSCIS
Hello friends,
I was wondering if it's required for a case number to start with 'IOE' in order to receive an online access code from USCIS for the document tab. Additionally, I was curious if anyone who has filed for a Green Card through the EB category using paper files has been able to view the document tab after logging into myuscis. I appreciate any help or insight on this matter.

I used paper and i was wondering the same thing. asked my lawyer and he didn’t know either…asked emma agent and they said to contact tech support so please update here if you find out

From what I’m being told, the online access code is automatically generated if you filed an application online.
if you did a paper filing, then you should get mailed the online access code to add along with the receipt notice to track your case.
Furthermore, I’ve been told that you will receive your receipt notice in the mail first and within 30 days you should receive your access code letter in the mail
If you don’t receive your access code within 30 days of receipt of your paper filing then you can request a new one through the my USCIS website, but you will have to create an account if you don’t already have one.

Yippie!! walked to the mailbox today and got a receipt notice with our online access code for our 485, 131 and 765! Everything seems to be moving smoothly. Just waiting for our biometric appointment in the mail. Thank God! 🙏🏾
7/19 - I-130 submitted online
7/24- I-485, I-131, I-765 received @ TX lockbox
8/3- I-485 acceptance notice dated
8/7 - receipt notice via mail
8/10 - online access code via mail

@T F hi! Fortunately, everything has been on auto pilot. The notice showed up in the mail, the online request was never responded to. You can submit a request through your “inbox” tab.
Case update: Just got EAD card produced this week, Just waiting for decision of 485 and 130! 🙏🏾
