Online Account Access
Can anyone tell me how I can get the online access code? I have all my receipt numbers but no online access code. The online account says “Your code is located on the Account Notice that you received from USCIS.” I didn’t receive a letter any idea how to get this code?

you need to request a new one if they haven’t sent it to you and it’s been more than 30 days since you received the NOA1 . If you won’t receive it after you submitted your request, go to the USCIS website and ask Emma to talk to a live agent. I got mine after 3 requests and more than 100 days of wait.

@my name I called and 1 agent told me she couldn't give it to me over the phone but I allowed a few days to pass and then called back and this tike the agent was truly helpful and gave me the access code. so it depends on who you talk to some of these agents won't say anything but some tell you all you ask. good luck

I just got my receipt on the mailbox, but I didnt find any online acces code….do we have to wait for another mail?
