@R Elliott Were you provided with a tracking id once the card was mailed? Mine was mailed on Thursday but no tracking id yet.

@K A Nope, in fact mine still says “card mailed to me 16 days ago” it hasn’t updated to delivered

@R Elliott seems they are slow to actually mail the cards then. Have you not yet reached the date by which they asked you to reach out to them? Mine says June 1.

@K A No you read what I wrote wrong… you asked if I was provided a tracking number once they mailed it and I said no. the only update they had was “card was mailed” and each day they added a day. so as of today 05/20, the update states “card was mailed to me 16days ago” when in actuality I received my card on 05/11 (6 days after they told me they mailed it).
