folks with pri date 2019 or less are already getting approved now. Don't expect many pending with pri date in covid time frame. should easily move to 2022 when borders started opening in Jan with new quota

No one can guess. My best guess would be a minimum of 2-3 years.

I don't think so through out this year dates will move for eb1. we might expect something in July..if not Oct 2025

I guess, it will move to mid or Dec 2022. You may be able to file in April or Oct 2025.

@huber Manu is correct. India case is tricky due to portings from Eb2/3 to EB1. The amount of portings decides the date movements.

@Chin P USCIS has stopped approving I140 of porting especially from EB3

@G L I dont think they can do that. If someone qualifies under a different category they can always apply. I dont think USCIS has the right to stop that. if someone doesnt qualify for EB1 they will deny I140 but that doesnt have anything to do with porting. Do you have any credible source, as I dont think its possible from law perspective
