wow these officers are not working on cases in order at all

it's frustrating

I know I been waiting and still noting its just not fair how other cases get approved so fast and quick

@Adjuat Mystatus thank you for that much bit of information. Hence I'm not sure if I am reading the visa bulletin accurate or the processing times, how do I know if I'm reading correctly. For example my case is in California and they're at December 2015.

Hi, @Liba Afrika, it will help also, don't rely too much on the USCIS processing times, its been changing a lot lately and it seems not consistent. When I tried contacting USCIS to check my case status, they also said that the processing time posted in the web is not updated. You may want also check the Visa Bulletin for your country, they most likely to process the cases that are near the priority date. My husband was an F2b when he was petitioned, took him 11 yrs. But like what Ive said, depends on the country you are in. Good luck! Hope you have good news soon! there's a lot of good changes coming!

Whats happening? my Case has been stuck on RFE since a year now my PD is October 2015 F2B category and all chargeable areas no approval no interview nothing this is getting so frustrating.
