does anyone how has approved 360 since last February 2024, has an update on pending 485 , if your answer yes when is you priority on your receipt , what’s your update?
uscis makes ourlife tougha and full stress .
my 485 is pending sinse 12/21/2020 !
nothing change since my vawa approved,
one day call center agant says ;
485 is in NBC
another day says in FO
today they said my 485 in NBC

my EAD renewal c9 took 10 months to be approved, my card had an error , request to replacement of it , now I am waiting for6 months no any response.
my case is worst ever 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

My vawa approval February 22nd 2024, no Priority date, did not receive i-360 approval only got online updates.
received double receipts 2 days and I don't know what the receipts are for. no updates as well on i-485.
planning to reach out to the congress woman in district on Monday going forward. This is mental draining

@tuff gong ؛ I got my approval notice and on that shows my priority date 2019 , I did an inquiry with congressman due to my family issues, but they denied 🙅♀️ my request.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

My PD is December 2019.
Vawa approved March 2023.
Medical exams sent in July 2023 and after that nothing changed.
Monday I went to a lawyer and I did the mandamus. Hoping for any good news in the next 90 days.

@kim John : I really don’t know how they doing each case , some people were reound our timeline, now they have their Medical RFE. stressful time again.

@good day is coming yes! I’ve seen some people get their RFR very quick. it’s been two months since my approval, and nothing. I am waiting. hopefully it comes soon for us.
