@John, i think its is purely depending on attorney here. my attorney have 850 S st. Lincoln, NE address and not a p o box. i will overnight my medicals.

i would say validate with them once. even though this is not rfe. i have been advised by my attorney to follow the proper rfe process and the address says Attn. AOS RFE as well.

not sure sending at two places will help or cause confusion. just a call i checked the uscis website and specially the i693 sending addresses. i couldn't find po box 82521 anywhere. and also when u send through fedex/ups it can't be a pobox, it has to be a street address. but take your call. i sent it to 850 s st. attn AOS RFE.

Yeah can’t send to 2 addresses as I have only 1 copy of the sealed enevlop including the filled I-693 form @C U: did you recieve any notification from USCIS that they received it?

yes, i see the name of person who signed it at delivery. i am not sure on usps. but don't think you can courier or overnight to a p o box.

@philo - same question what do you mean by recorded.? you do ups fedex usps its recorded. what else recording mean. also you're saying your status was updated as soon as they received it. is it you case status got updated or you're referring to the tracking number. pls elaborate.

ah ok. yes i have uscis account i haven't checked it yet will do it to see if they say medical received. my delivery was signed so hopefully i am good ☺️

may be if you're responding to an RFE status will update quickly. may be not in our case because its not rfe. lets see, will check by eod.

I found that there is an option to require signature when you are sending to a PO Box from USPS. Not sure if I should do it though, do you think it might delay the whole thing?

@john - i think its very hard to comment keeping that as an assumption. i would say send it where your attorney is recommending and request signature and wait for acceptance. one way or the other uscis will get it shouldn't be a challenge.

Whenever possible I would agree to the fact to keep some proof with us as their status update is not that reliable. In my case, I was given an option to drop the medicals in my FO directly and I did so. My online status is not updated for more than 2 weeks now. I do not have any proof that I have submitted. Fingers crossed! Trusting USCIS as I have no option otherwise. 😜

@philo, @john - no update or status change online for the medical received till now.
