I wouldn’t quit. USCIS can always call you back for a second interview or send you and RFE asking for your current status and if you’re still employed

@Beautiful Girl please consult a lawyer sharing what I learnt from a consultation with my lawyer - as long as you have EAD and have waited 6 month ms after filing 485 you can switch to a different employer. the new employers job profile must match with you job through which you applied 485 by atleast 50% . also when you start work with different employer using EAD you Don’t have to file 485J. it’s only when you get RFE or interview would you be required to submit 485 J as part of RFE response or a submission ahead of GC interview.

@Beautiful Girl looks like you were already interviewed earlier, second interviews are rare but heard of . what did the officer mention towards the end of the interview? has your case been current throughout? have you contacted senator etc ?

you can change your job if your I-140 was aplroved and 6 months passed, you don't have to stay in the same company. but you will need to find a smiliar job.
