please did anyone had this issues, my case was denied because my previous marriage wasn't finalized ,then after getting all the reason why was denied situated, please do I need to annulled the previous marriage with same person (my wife) before marry her again or just go to the court marry her with fresh date then submit again,,please I need help incase any have same problem..thanks God bless

im in the same situation. you probably need to reapply with a new application. best to consult with a lawyer

I have to start the divorce process and got it finalized here,then a lawyer told me to annulled the marriage that was not recognized by immigration, I'm curious about process of annulment, I don't think it makes sense hence wasn't recognized by immigration

hey it’s a civil divorce or customary divorce, but in your siutuation you have to remarry your spouse after retify the issue

I think you can’t remarry before divorcing or annulment. your current marriage wasn’t recognized by immigration but it’s actually valid before the court. so I think you have to first annul it because of your previous marriage then marry again
