@P N thank you! no porting. it is EB2. not sure why lawfully app does EB1 by default

@P N so here is what you do, go to “case status tool” and enter your complete application number. you will see a pie chart. i was taking screenshots every week to see how many cases were being approved. in my case, for block IOE09260, it was a 100 cases per week (consistently since November 2024). Then you can see how many weeks will be needed for those cases in approval queue to estimate worst case scenario (if you are at the end of the queue). helpful?

@S s you will never know your place in queue. This is why doing the Math using the number of cases approved per week will give you a rate of approval. so if there are 1000 cases in process, they are projected to be completed in 10 weeks. so on and so forth. You will get the rate by screengrabbing the pie chart every week (same day of every week). then compare the numbers…

@EB2 ROW my PD was 2010 and I went through some job losses, but always resided in the US. The layoffs extended my processing time. Mine was not a consular filing.

@DesiGirl2010 Awaits yes understand and thank you. how many months it took for them to reach end of the queue for your block. my block is IOE09285 been waiting.

@John Wick they still havent reached the end of my queue actually. There are still about a 1000 cases in process in my block (fortunately I was not at the end of the queue). But at the rate of 100 cases processing per week, worst case is dragged out to June 2025. Tell me, how many cases are in process for your block number?
